Loughborough Sleep Research Centre (LSCR) is the leading Sleep Research Centre in the UK and has a world-wide reputation. Head of research at the centre are Professor Jim Horne and Dr Louise Reyner who have conducted nearly 20 years extensive research into sleep and sleepiness

Through our association with LSRC we specialise in developing bespoke training and reserach programmes - ranging from lunchtime 'toolbox talks' through to multiple-day seminars accompanied by film and problem-based learning activities.

Our interactive training is based on a scientific understanding of tiredness, including the effects of drugs and alcohol. The emphasis is on engaging the audience, and we provide them with practical advice that can be implemented in their everyday and working lives.
